Welcome to the Ryzer Recruit (“Ryzer Recruit”, “Recruit”, “we”, “us” or “our”) digital services offered by Ryzer, LLC. Ryzer Recruit is a web and mobile system that provides prospective student athletes the ability to showcase their validated physical and mindset achievements and attributes to college, national/Olympic, and/or professional team coaches as well as the general public.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies when you use our Services. We offer you choices about the data we collect, use and share as described in this Policy. Ryzer Recruit is committed to protecting your privacy through our compliance with this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, into which this Policy is incorporated by reference..

This Policy tells you how we will use the information entrusted to us when you visit or use ryzer.com/recruit (“Website”) or any other online site, mobile application, service, or product that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively the "Services"). Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement between you and Ryzer Recruit that governs your use of Ryzer Recruit's web and/or mobile based application software, this Policy also applies to the content that users store on our system, including any personal information.

Ryzer Recruit is owned by Ryzer, LLC (“Ryzer”) and works closely with Ryzer Mindset, LLC (“Ryzer Mindset”). Ryzer builds technologies and services that enable athletes and event attendees to connect with coaches and event organizers. Your use of Ryzer’s Services is governed by Ryzer’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. When applicable, this Policy may be superseded by specific terms in the aforementioned Terms of Use and Privacy Policy between Ryzer and its users. Ryzer Mindset offers an end-to-end online system for helping athletes and teams succeed mentally at every level. Your use of Ryzer Mindset’s Services is governed by Ryzer Mindset’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. When applicable, this Policy may be superseded by specific terms in the aforementioned Terms of Use and Privacy Policy between Ryzer Mindset and its users.

This Policy applies to information we collect on this Website and the Services or in emails and other electronic messages between you and this Website or the Services. This Policy applies to your use as a Visitor of the Website and as a user of the Services as either a Ryzer Member or Ryzer Coach (as defined in our Terms of Use).

This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or information collected by Ryzer, Ryzer Mindset, or any third party through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Services.

We are continually improving our websites and other digital properties by adding new features and products. Because of these enhancements and changes in the law, we may modify this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to it, we will provide at least 15 days' notice through our Services, or by other means such as email, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Modifications to this Privacy Policy will be posted at the top of this page designated by the "Last Updated" and "Effective Date of Last Update". Business Transfers and Affiliates - As our business evolves, Ryzer LLC may buy or sell businesses or other assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar event, your Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirer of Ryzer or its assets will have the right to continue to use the Personal Data and other information you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. Google Analytics is a website analysis service. Website analysis refers to the collection, recording, and assessment of data regarding the behavior of Users of our Services. Google Tag Manager allows for the central administration of website tags via an interface.

Google Inc. is the operator of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information about your use of our Services generated by the Google Analytics cookie is normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google might disclose the Personal Data collected via the technical procedure to third parties. You may prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly, but you might then not be able to fully use all functions of our Services.

Google Tag Manager implements only tags. No cookies are used via Google Tag Manager.

Facebook Login & Tracking Pixel
You may elect to utilize Facebook Login to create your Ryzer account and to login to Ryzer. If you decide to connect your Ryzer account with Facebook, we request permission from Facebook to access and store your email address, Facebook ID, and similar Personal Data needed to provide you with our Services.

With your consent we will use Facebook's "tracking pixel". The Facebook tracking pixel is a piece of code that allows our Services to collect Non-Personal Data that helps you track ad conversions, optimize ads, build targeted audiences, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action using our Services. The data is recorded in an anonymous way, meaning we do not see the Personal Data of the individual users. The data is however stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link the data with the Facebook account and use the data for its own purposes according to its own data use guidelines. If you prefer to deactivate the cookie storage on behalf of Facebook, you may do so by adjusting your browser settings accordingly.

We use the Snapchat service Snap Pixel and the Snapchat Custom Audiences product from Snap Inc. in our Services to optimize our advertising.

The functions of the Datadog service are integrated on our Services. Datadog is a monitoring system of the American company Datadog, Inc., 620 8th Ave, 45th Floor, New York, NY 10018 USA. We use Datadog’s Real User Monitoring to gather data about performance, usage, and error management so we can create the best user experience possible. Log data is transmitted to Datadog, Inc. for this purpose.

3.2 When You Choose to Share Your Information With Others

If you wish to make a personal information request related to the retention, use, or access of your Personal Data, you may contact us at privacy@ryzer.com and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws and respond within 45 days of receiving a personal information request. Such requests must include a copy of your driver's license or other government issued form of identification to confirm your identity. Personal information requests are limited to two per 12-month period.

You may also share your information via third-party online social networks. By sharing your information from our Services with any social media service, you are authorizing us to share information we collect from and about you with the social media service provider, other users, and your network of contacts on the social media service, and you understand that the social media service's use of the shared information will be governed by the social media service's privacy policy. If you do not want your personal information shared in this way, please do not share your information with a social media service provider.

Some of the functionality of the Services is provided by third parties including the Ryzer Data Sources. These entities may collect or receive certain information about your use of the Services, including through the use of cookies, Web beacons, and similar technologies. Ryzer is not responsible for the privacy practices of these entities.

6. Protection of Information

We employ technical and organizational measures designed to appropriately protect your information that is under our control and that we process on your behalf from unauthorized access collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal, both during transmission and once we receive it. We store all information that you provide to us on secure servers. We train employees and our affiliates regarding our data privacy policies and procedures, and permit authorized employees to access information on a need to know basis, as required for their role. We use firewalls designed to protect against intruders and test for network vulnerabilities. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Where you have a password, which enables you to use portions of our services, you are responsible for keeping this password complex, secure, and confidential. Ryzer complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss - U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States respectively. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. The Services are neither intended for nor directed at children younger than 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information about children under the age of 13. Please do not submit your Personal Data through our Services if you are under the age of thirteen (13).

Ryzer is a data controller. Ryzer Coaches are directly responsible for complying with all requirements of applicable EU privacy laws in connection with the information that they obtain and process on individuals such as Ryzer Members.

From time to time, we may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the scope of the Services or for other reasons. When we do, we will provide notice to you by publishing the most current version and revising the date at the top of this page. Therefore, it is important to check the effective date of the Policy posted here each time you use the Services.
