The Event Specialist works in collaboration with Account Executives and Account Specialists to assist coaches and event directors to market and manage their events. This position will populate new and existing websites through a Content Management System (CMS), setting up events for online enrollment, and general customer support that meets the defined standards of the company. Handles customer service line requests. Supports other departments, as needed.
New Accounts Sales Executive
The New Accounts Sales Executive position will introduce Ryzer's products and services to college and university sports programs through email and phone calls, including hosting sales presentations. This position will evaluate and follow up on inquiries received through email and phone calls. The New Accounts Sales Executive position will monitor college coaching staffing changes and look for opportunities to create sales. Along with sales, this position will also manage existing Ryzer customers, working with customers to promote products as services.
