Due to growth in our business, we are adding a Customer Service Event Specialist position to the Events team! The Customer Service Event Specialist works in collaboration with Account executives to assist coaches and event directors to market and manage their events. This position will populate new and existing websites through a Content Management System (CMS), set up events for online enrollment, and provide general customer support that meets the defined standards of the company. The Customer Service Event Specialist also handles customer service line requests. This full-time position is an in-office position, located in Urbandale, Iowa.
