Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 12/27/2025

This website (the "Site") exists to help athletes and families learn about camps and events and to help event organizers clearly share information about the programs they run. The Site is powered and hosted by Ryzer, LLC ("Ryzer") on behalf of the event operator identified on this Site (the "Event Operator").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use ("Website Terms") as well as the Terms of Use ("Ryzer ToU") which governs use of Ryzer's platform. A true and accurate digital copy of the Ryzer ToU is located at https://ryzer.com/Policies/Ryzer/Terms/. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by Ryzer's Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

Our Purpose

Ryzer builds and hosts event websites so Event Operators (typically coaches) can spend less time on logistics and administration and more time coaching, teaching, and developing athletes. For families and athletes, the Site is meant to be a clear, reliable place to learn about camps and other event opportunities and ask relevant questions.

These Website Terms exist to protect event organizers, coaches, athletes, families, and Ryzer-and to keep the Site focused on what it is meant to do. They help prevent misuse, spam, and unrelated commercial activity so the Site remains useful and respectful of everyone's time.

Using the Site as Intended

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and event-related purposes, such as reviewing event details, schedules, pricing, staff information, and logistics.

You may not:

  • Use the Site for marketing, advertising, solicitation, or sales outreach
  • Use the Site for any commercial, competitive, or non-event-related purpose
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use bots, scrapers, automation tools, or similar technologies

These limits help ensure the Site remains valuable to coaches and families who rely on it for accurate and relevant event information.

Age Guidelines

The Site is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or submit information through it. Parents or legal guardians may use the Site on behalf of a minor athlete for legitimate event-related purposes. By using the Site or submitting information, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Information on the Site

The Site provides general information about event programs, schedules, pricing, staff, and related details. While the Event Operator works to keep information accurate and up to date, event details may change.

Neither the Event Operator nor Ryzer guarantees that all information on the Site will always be complete or current, and information may be updated at any time without notice.

Event Operations and Responsibility

All events, operations, programming, refunds, cancellations, and other event-related services are offered, operated, and controlled solely by the Event Operator, not Ryzer.

Ryzer provides the technology that powers the Site but does not operate events, supervise activities, or control coaching, facilities, safety, or outcomes. Ryzer does not endorse or guarantee any event or event displayed on the Site.

The Site may display the name, colors, or logos of a college, university, or other institution. Unless otherwise stated, such display indicates the location of the event or the affiliation of the coaching staff and does not imply that the institution owns, operates, or is legally responsible for the event or this Site.

Contact Form - Event Questions Only

The contact form on this Site exists to support clear, direct communication between athletes, families, and event operators. Limiting its use to event-related questions helps coaches respond efficiently and protects them from unwanted or distracting outreach.

You may use the contact form only for legitimate inquiries related to the event, such as registration, schedules, logistics, or participation.

The contact form may not be used for:

  • Marketing or advertising
  • Sales outreach or solicitations
  • Sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement requests
  • Recruiting or third-party service offers
  • Spam, bulk, or automated messages
  • Any non-event-related purpose

Messages submitted in violation of these guidelines may be ignored, filtered, blocked, or deleted. Use of the contact form for prohibited purposes constitutes misuse of the Site.

Information You Submit

Any information you submit through the Site must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate. You may not submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

You retain ownership of what you submit. By submitting information, you grant the Event Operator and Ryzer permission to use it solely to respond to your inquiry and operate the Site.

  • It has the right to use any university or institutional trademarks, logos, or branding displayed on the Site.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
  • Any individuals depicted have granted appropriate permission for their likeness to be used

Ryzer relies on these representations and does not independently verify ownership or permissions for Event Operator-provided content.

Content Ownership and Permitted Use

All content available on the Site-including text, images, videos, logos, layout, design, and other materials, whether existing now or added later-is owned by or licensed to the Event Operator and/or Ryzer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Ryzer owns the website platform, structure, and underlying technology that make the Site possible.

You may access and view Site content only to learn about the event and related offerings. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, or otherwise use Site content for any other purpose without permission.

The Site may include links to third-party websites for convenience. Neither the Event Operator nor Ryzer is responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYZER AND THE CAMP OPERATOR DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Website Terms and Conflicts

Ryzer may update these Website Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updated Website Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Website Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and the Ryzer ToU, the Ryzer ToU shall prevail.
