Due to growth in our business, we are adding a Technical Support Specialist position to the DevOps team! The Technical Support Specialist will configure, install, and maintain PC-related hardware and software in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This includes responding to and resolving employee technical inquiries and issues and maintaining the home office physical inventory. Other general responsibilities will include documenting, writing, and updating procedures, as needed. This full-time position is an in-office position, located in Urbandale, Iowa.
