We're excited to announce an opportunity to join our Events team as a Customer Service Event Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to support coaches and event directors in marketing and managing their events — continuing our strong tradition of outstanding customer service and event support. This position will populate new and existing websites through a Content Management System (CMS), set up events for online enrollment, and provide general customer support that meets the defined standards of the company. The Customer Service Event Specialist also handles customer service line requests. This full-time position is an in-office position, located in Urbandale, Iowa.
